This is one of the polishes from the Essie Neon collection from last year. First picture is just the normal neon. A bit hard to work with because it dries so fast. So had to give it a good 4-5 coats and some finishing touches. Second picture is with Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat. I definitely prefer it with the top coat :D
