My view of nail art is anything that uses creative thinking to design and or create.
I count nail art as anything other than a plain manicure … I tag different catagories like Konad, free-hand or water-bmarling separately with their own labels.
yeah i think nail art is anything other than a plainly polished nail. so like colette says, there are different categories like konad, hand painted, etc. but i think they all should be considered "nail art".
