Ai with a finished chai-tea and a cookie

Jeg var i dag i Roskilde, endnu engang, til en julegaveudvekslingskaffe-date med en af mine bedste veninder, på billedet kan du se hende med en drukket Chai-the og en brunkage ingen af os kunne li. Jeg fik en Cool blend med chocolade.. nui den smagte godt 😀 Og så var vi en tur rundt på Ro’s Torv og gik bla. i H&M og ja titlen snyder jo lidt, synes bare jeg har set den så mange gange i den her uge at jeg blev nødt til det 😛 Men det var altså alt hvad det blev til fra hende 😛 Jeg kan ikke passe noget af det som der er i hendes kollektion så jeg støttede Unicef med 30kr. Og så tog jeg også lige den sikre med 3 par Hello Kitty strømper ;D nå ja og lidt joggingbukser men det ved de fleste vel hvordan ser ud 😉

Today I went to Roskilde, once again, for a Christmas-gift-exchanging-coffee-date with one of my best friends, on the picture you can see her with a finished Chai-tea and a cookie that no one of us liked 😛 I got a Cool Blend with chocolate.. I love those! 😀 Then we went around in the mall and took made a short stop in H&M and yeah I guess the title is not living up to its name, just think I’ve seen it so many times this week I had to 😛 But this is what I got from her. I cant fit any of the stuff in the collection so I supported Unicef with 6$ for the bag then I took the oldie, but goodie, Hello Kitty socks ;D oh well and some jogging pants, but you know how those looks 😉

NOTD // OPI – La Paz-itively Hot – Matte

One of the new mattes I got 😀 Its from the OPI Matte Collection and I think its gorgeous.. The application is really good and as with all the mattes I have tried, it dries really quick. I have 2 coats on here. I think this is a must have if you love the matte trend ;D

This is a new bag I bought for storing my polish, I loooove it 😀 Saw it in the supermarket and I had to get it hehe 🙂

Then & Now… a different NOTD

I saw a similar post on another nail blog some time ago, I’m sorry I cant remember which. And that made me look at some old photos from when I started blogging until today. And I must say i have improved my polishing skills.. quite a bit 😉 I can now make a fresh mani that is not all over my cuticles in about 5-10 minutes.. As to before it took me(If it were to be just a bit nice) about half to a full hour(maybe sometimes even more :o).

So lets see one of the first on the blog

This is if I have to say myself.. awful when i look at it now.. To much of my hand on the picture and polish all over the place.
Although I have never been that bad at putting it on I have never been anywhere near what I see on Scrangie, Vampy Varnish and all the other “pro nailers” out there. Have to be honest I couldn’t even figure out how they could make the manis so nice. Buuut somehow as I’m getting better at putting on polish it stays inside the lines.. so to speak 😉 I also used that trick of putting nailoil around the edges but it didn’t really work for me. So I just got a steadier hand which is nice now 😉

This I did yesterday in about 7-8 mins. (not counting the drying time ofc.)

So to conclude.. i guess practice makes perfect or at least better…. 😛
I would love to see some of starter pictures of the nailblogs out there.. Would be fun ;D

I made a little circle with my Barry M’s 😀 And i guess its not so hard to guess which color is my favorite 😉

And this is where i store them

The small polkadot bag can hold exactly 12 Barry M’s so i usually take that with me if im going somewhere for a longer period.
I know its not the worlds largest collection, but its so hard to find the good brands in Denmark, have to order them home from US and it can be so damn expensive. So i get my more expensive brands through Nailmail.se(this is such a great concept btw, subscription to nailpolish, sent in the mail to you.. whats not to love? :D).

I was a nail biter until very recently. 😮 ye I know shocking aint it? 😛 but somehow when I got more in to polish I just stopped.. have no idea how, guess having some pretty nails was more appealing to me then flossy short nails.

I cut my nail when I think they get to long. I don’t like too long nails… not on me at least.. maybe because I have so chubby fingers.. haha ;D

And I think thats enough with the facts 😛

The eye!

Sådan endte det altså… helt ok synes jeg selv.. og det holdte hele aftenen 😀 Har brugt Mac Prep+prime nederst og så Mac Hello Kitty Quad med farven Stately Black med en lille smule af farven Romping på også. Den giver et let lilla skær og ellers helt alm. flydende eye liner og en masse mascara 😀 Er ret tilfreds med resultatet i hvert fald 🙂 Jeg startede faktisk ud og prøvede og lave noget smokey eye, men havde simpelthen ikke tid så det blev hurtig løsning og endte op med dette 😉 Jeg har normalt aldrig mascara på mine nederste vipper fordi de simpelthen er for korte, men jeg har brugt noget på vipperne den sidste måneds tid og må sige det ser ud til at virke.. så det er sku da altid noget 😀 Men godnat herfra.. har været en lang dag og hyggelig aften..

Lidt af vores hygge kan ses her det er vores ene host som kan en formiddabel sang.. Og vi synger den hver gang vi ses ;D
